I’m Medardo (Eo), originally from Sonora, Mexico, with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. My background includes working with athletes, professionals, and seniors overcoming injuries and chronic conditions. This experience shaped my passion for creating personalized training programs that build real, lasting strength while keeping your body balanced and injury-free.

I also work as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Punch Fitness, where I incorporate boxing techniques to improve coordination, mobility, and speed. Boxing isn't just about throwing punches—it’s a full-body workout that enhances agility, endurance, and explosive power. Growing up as an athlete surrounded by family struggles with addictions and poor health decisions deeply impacted me. Witnessing the tragic consequences, such as my grandfather losing his legs to diabetes and spending his final years bedridden, inspired me to take a leadership role in health and fitness. This early exposure to the effects of poor habits fueled my passion for prevention and motivated me to help others not just live longer, but live healthier lives.
